At Cakelya, we are committed to delivering high-quality cakes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, refunds are handled with care and under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the agreed order specifications. Any issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, along with clear evidence where applicable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been successfully delivered as requested, or for minor design variations that may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our cakes. Change of mind after order confirmation does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe before production begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Approved cancellations may be refunded fully or partially depending on the stage of the order.
Refund Process
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period. Cakelya reserves the right to assess each case individually and make the final decision in accordance with this policy.
