At Cakelya, we understand that plans may change. However, due to the customized and perishable nature of our cakes, cancellations are subject to specific conditions.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be canceled within a limited period after placement and before production begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, as resources and ingredients would have already been committed to the order.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed cakes require advance preparation and planning. As a result, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Refund on Cancellation

Where a cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of the order.
